TyeDye Orange Man Shoes were designed for a great contrast between hand dyed tussah silk by Marita Moreno and a smooth orange upcycling leather. It’s a sophisticated and renovated classic design, where the leather becomes a “glove” that dresses the silk, deceiving the eye and looking like cuts.
With a classic look, this line has comfortable insole, leather sole, is stitched with thick sewing thread and adjust to the foot with ton sur ton shoelaces. The pieces are unique and very distinctive, produced in small quantities which turs in a different shoe produced.
Limited and numbered edition of 100 pairs
The TyeDye line is inspired by the “Trompe l’oeil”, an artistic technique that, with perspective tricks, creates an optical illusion that makes two-dimensional shapes appear to have three dimensions. It comes from an expression in French that means "deceives the eye" and is used mainly in painting or architecture.
